Send Shrinkray support a message at support.shrinkray@herecomessupper.com. Please include your iOS version and what you were trying to do. Avoid sending private photos or videos unless support asks for a specific test file.

Shrinkray can use the private Photos picker when you do not want to grant full library access. If the app cannot see an item, review its Photos permission in iOS Settings or select it again through the picker.

A single optimized output can open in the Messages composer. For multiple outputs, Shrinkray may copy the encoded media to the local iOS clipboard for up to ten minutes; return to Messages and paste it yourself. Shrinkray does not send the message for you.
